tier 1 general Ext Accountant letter figures!

Hi guys
I have to send my application by 29th as my visa is to run out by 30th.
So need you guy's reply promptly . would be very thankfuk

o.k now the thing is i got my letter from accountant for my self employed earnings . One of the payment in my bank for my self employed earning was not in round figures e.g 1495.98 . When totalling the whole amount 12,234 (amount i earned from self employed), he converted the penny's to the nearest pound. hence the round figure.

I asked him if that was fine as HO requires the EXACT figure to match and he said its fine as thats the norm in accountancy.
But I was just wondering if that is correct . As I heard the figure must match to the EXACT penny with the bank statement's figures

WOuld you guys comment on it if its fine or do i insist and get it made the other way round not in round figures?

Get exact figures then there can't be any issues with UKBA. The easier it is for the caseworker, the better. (The letter should show a breakdown to the penny anyway of net and gross salary payments, dividends, etc.)
