Hi Everyone,

my house mate is Bulgarian and she is currently studying in the University in the UK. Her boy friend/partner is living with her and she wants to know whether he can work here on full time or part time basis.

They're not married just living together for 2 years. Being a student she can work part time but her query is to findout whether her partner is allowed to work fulltime/part time at all.

If he's bulgarian he can only work as self employed unfortunately. Or try to apply for a work permit under highly skilled if he was a uni degree and worked in his home country.
