ILR application - Dependant

Hello,

I'm currently on Tier1 visa (arrived UK in July 2006) and eligible to apply for ILR this year. I got married in jan 2011 and wife reached UK on Tier1 dependant in June 2011.

Query- Can I include my wife in PR application?
If not, when can she apply for PR (as dependant)? [her visa is Tier1 dependant visa is valid until July 2013]

Please advise. Many thanks for your help.

If you're applying under HSMP Forum judicial review (settlement in the United Kingdom), then yes. Else, no.
