Tier 2 ICT reentry

Hi Guys

I worked in UK Tier 2 ICT visa from July 2008 to Aug 2010. In Mar 2010 I got my visa extended until Jan 2012.

Now I am going to enter UK with the same visa in August 2011 as per my Biometric Residence permit.

Since it is more than 12 months after my departure from UK, will it be a problem if I enter in the same visa ?

Is there any minimum visa validity while re enter UK ?
I will be having 5 months validity when I travel ?

PS: I am going to work for same company.

No , you can enter on the same visa as you are going to work for the same employer.
