in person appointment (urgent)

hi all,

can anyone give me an advice wat to do... as i am facing the situation...i have applied in person appointment and paid £ 918 on 22nd of july 2011..... they took my finger prints everything and asked me to pick up the documents on monday after 2...today is friday and im still waiting for the decision...as it supposed to be on same day i have paid premium charges..the award date on my college letter was 24th of june 2011...and my college is temp out of sponsored teir 4 list from 7th of july... before applying i called Ho and talked to one of rep and he said you are fine and u can apply......my question
1)what is the maximum time limit or process of in person applications??
2)i need to travel back home urgently wat to do now??
