Hi,
Your experiences and advise would be very much appreciated.
I am on a TIER 4 (General) visa. I have to do an extension because I have to resit a module. My aunt is financially supporting me in my studies at the Uni. She had paid for my tuition fees and my expenses while here in London. She is the one providing my maintenance fund but the bank account is in her name. She gave me bank statement and a letter saying that she is financially supporting me. Will the home office accept my maintenance fund requirement even if the account holder is my aunt?

No as the rules only permit the bank statements to be in the name of the applicant or his or her parent or legal guardian.
