American with ILR wants to move to Netherlands with UK Spous

Hello,

I may be getting a job offer in the Netherlands for a 2-3 month contract. From my impression, this job may be a secondment, through a UK company and I'd be paid into my UK bank account.

I'm American. Currently I have ILR here in the UK. If my boyfriend (Scottish) and I were to marry, would I be able to work over there?

What are my other options? i.e. unmarried partner, Highly Skilled (I'm in IT) Do I need a permit for a secondment

Advise, please?
