Biometric scan: online Registration Issue.

Hello Experts,

Yesterday, I have got an email from Home office regarding Biometric scan booking. They have given me Case reference no and a link to register for an appointment.

However, when I am trying to register with case no and my date of birth it’s not accepting that combination and I am getting below error.
"The combination of reference number and birth date is incorrect. Please amend your entry".

I have definitely mentioned correct date of birth in my application.

I would really appreciate your suggestion/advice.

you sure you are not getting confused by the format of the date?

in uk it is, dd/mm/yyy!

Actually, the home office's registration website say's, that format should be in
DD-MMM-YYYY, I tried that and it's not accepting it
