Generally original degree certificate will suffice. However, if you are not confident whether your university and degree is NARIC recognised or not, best way is to get NARIC equivalency first and submit it alongwith with application.

NARIC

Check this site: http://www.naric.org.uk

NARIC issues a letter a comparability to state whether qualifications earned overseas match similar ones from UK educational institutions (British degrees / qualifications).

well ... thanx for the info ... i checked out the site .... but I don't think it's necessary for me .... and it costs too ( 30 pounds for online application ! ).... I have done my B.Tech. from REC Calicut .. guess they should recognise it without the NARIC equivalent ......

Rajn

As long as you attach Graduation Certificate in Original its fine..

If possible also attach final year mark sheet which mentions that you have cleared Your B.Tech
