Tier 2 Restrictive CoS

Hi there,

I am on a Tier 1 PSW dependant. I have been working on for my present employer for the past one year. They have done a resident test and have now applied for a restrictive RCOS. My queries are as follows:

1. In case the COS application is not successful, can my company make another application the following month?

2. Once I get the RCOS, what are the other documents needed to apply for a visa from Mumbai?. Also do I need to take an appointment at Mumbai VFS office or is it a walk-in process?

Please advise.
