FLR(M) query

Hello,

I was wondering if anybody could help with the following queries .

Can an individual on a Student Visa apply for an FLR even though the British citizen they are married to is unemployed?

Can a parent or sibling of the British Citizen provide supporting documents for the application. The student is working 20 hours.

What would be sutiable in terms of accomodation? The UK citizen is not receiving public funds but lives with father who is Pensioner and receiving benefits. Would this suffice or would the couple need to rent there own room/flat?
