How long it took for you at PEO.
The case worker took around 1 hour for us. The lady was old and it seems computers were alien to her thats why it took a little longer for us. Other cases were being solved 30 min.

Moreover, plz let me know how did you calculate the 5years stay
I calculated 5 years (- 28 days) from the stamp on my HSMP visa.
Can you provide more details on type of application you made?
It was set O with no dependants. I selected HSMP under HSMP JR in section 3 and 10G in the form.

I requested a new letter from my employer. It stated my designation, salary, employed from, national insurance no etc. Letter wasn't addressed to HO. It was with the statement @WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN@.
