advice regarding eu3

Post by scow » Mon Aug 22, 2011 10:24 am

hi guys
i sent the eu3 form and the following documents
my passort,my wife eu ID,marriage certificate, letter from my wifes employer and term of contract, p60 for 2009 and 2010,p21 for all the periods my wife worked here, several bills in name of my wife for each year, bank statement for each in respect of me and my wife but not joint one, prtb letter for the first 3 years together, letting agreement in our name for the whole period we were together, letters from our landlords,

they replied as follow:
they asked for more documents.
1- contract of employment or letter from employer (I have already sent it,
it looks like they lost it,)
2-p60s for 2006 to 2008, the problem here is my wife has sent them to
some where( FIS or child beneit section ,and they didnt send them back.
we asked the revenue for new ones but they said p21 will do the same effect.
3-for each period while renting they ask for utility bills in our name,
we dont have joint utility bills, but we have bank statement for the whole period

and we have joint visa card bills for the whole period of living together,
they sent it back without considering it

please give ur advice
thanks millions

Delay tactics perhaps? Just make sure to send them a cover letter clearly highlighting the list of documents you have enclosed. I think you can request your documents back from your social welfare office. Dont ring but go in if they needs the original then ask for photocopy atleast and get SW officer to sign it.

But you already attached your bills in your last correspondence to INIS. Give a mentioning of that in your cover letter to them but bear in mind P60/PS21s also have address on it and can be taken in as a proof of address. Good luck see how you get on.

hi, I born 40 years ago, at that time my country is very poor, they keep the records on normal room, subject to all enveromental factors, computer is not known till 12 years ago. when the record was gone it is gone, my emabssay dosent have any records for me. recently born people can get their birth certificate from embassy but not me. even nowadays there r many people in my country dont have birth certificate due to their nomad nature, or because government services cant reach them, i told u it is hard for them to beleive, but it is true.
