Tier-1 Extension

Hi

My brother got his Tier 1 approved in Feb 2009 and his extension is due in Jan 2012. He had to move to Switzerland on employment in Feb 2010 and he has been in Geneva even since.

I read somewhere that overseas earnings are considered at the time of extension, but want to hear from the group to reconfirm this. Also, can he apply in person so as to avoid blocking his passport for long.

Any personal experiences would be very useful.

Yes, it's all in the guidance so read that and then ask about anything that is not clear.
