ILR- Unemployed for first 4 months

Post by kdsuk » Wed Aug 24, 2011 11:28 am

Hello All
I am a new user to this forum. I have got a question. I would be grateful if someone help me out.
I got my HSMP in Nov 2006 and I am covered by HSMP JR. From Nov 2008 onward, I am on Tier 1 General Migrant visa. I am planning to apply for ILR in couple of months.

I was unemployed from Nov 2006 till March 2007 (4 months), but after that throughout the period, I was employed.
Will it affect my ILR application? I have only 4 P60 forms from 2007 - 2011. Please suggest.
Thanks

No, it will have no impact on your ILR.

P60 from 2007 means 1st P60 is for year ending at April 2007?

Thanks Networkers
But the problem is that I dont have P60 for april 2007 ( Covering April 2006- March 2007) as I was unemployed.

I do have P60s from April 2007- Mar 2008, Apr 2008- Mar 2009, Apr 2009-Mar 2010 and Apr 2010 - Mar 2011 ( 4 in total)

You should be fine with the 4 P60.

Hi guys,
I am in the similar situation, I am missing the first P-60 (for the year 2006-2007) as i might have lost it. i was employed but I think that company has closed now...so not sure I can ask them for a copy... I have all other P-60s right upto 2011...so i have 4 for the last 5 years...
Am i ok in applying with these or do i need to get a letter from HMRC or something to prove that...
Do we also need payslips for all 5 years? or only the last 12 months is ok?

Please let me know as I have to apply end of this month...

regards,
Rohan..

If the OP is fine with 4 P60s then you should also be fine, shouldn't you?

Thanks for your reply mk357,
Yes from what I read above, yes I should be ok,, but what I needed to know was ..if I don't have that very 1st P-60, would i need to compensate that by showing any bank statements for that period? or only the last 6 months bank statements are enough?

Thanks again!
R...

I was unemployed for first 4 months of my 5 years(HSMP+ Tier1 Gen Migrant). I am covered under HSMP JR. Will it affect my chance to get ILR?
Can any senior member suggest me on this issue, please?
Thanks

1st P60 Missing

Post by sum1alia » Wed Sep 14, 2011 11:03 am

I am in same situation

HSMP JR (student status before that) HSMP approval Nov 2006 but visa stamped Feb 2007.

I am bit worried as every one is saying 5 P60's and I dont have one for 2007.

But I do have 2008.2009.2010.2011 and by the time (jan 2012) I'll apply for ILR, I'll not get my 5th P60.

based on above reply, hopefully this will be okay, unless someone else want to add more information, please
