Sibling Visa third World Country

Post by Reddevil » Sun Aug 28, 2011 1:35 pm

when will uk do Sibling visa. USA and Austraila do it.

I know a case where 4 of 6 sibling live in England and 2 sibling in pakistan without family.

What can happen in these compassion reason . Cant 2 sibling go to england isnt its human right breach to live in a third world country alone and family being in England.

Why there is no sibling Visa ?

what can one do to move those two to there family in england.

Immigration system in uk is for Criminals not for Genuine people

Hi,

It is not a breach of human rights for x members of a family to live in one country and y members to live in another country, regardless of the fact that the country is a third world country.

If the family members are below 18, they can get visas to come over to the UK, but if they are above, then they are adults and it gets more complex.

Nobody can tell you when or if there will ever be a sibling visa, you have to read the relevant policy guidelines to find out about that kind of information.

Your rant about sibling visas is irrelevant as it will not change the law and saying the immigration system in the UK is for criminals just because of this case is also uncalled for.

Speak to an experienced solicitor and maybe they can suggest something for you, rather than criticising the immigration system in the UK.

Kind Regards
