Eternal Wait for Tier 1

Hi Members,
I have made a Tier 1 General Application to switch from Tier 2 way back in March. Gave my biometrics on 19th May. Haven't heard anything from the home office yet. Since it's been more than 14 weeks since the biometrics, called them last week for an update. Received the usual "Please continue waiting" response. I know there were other members who were in the same boat until few weeks ago. Any update guys ?

Senior Members, Any advice about how to proceed next ?

My biometric was done on 27th April and m still waiting. So your case is better than me. :-)

my wife did hers on the 22nd august got hers on the 25th august, PEO of course
