2006 - I received working tax credit for 2 - 3 months

2007 - I applied for HSMP (Highly Skilled) and granted
2009 - I applied for Tier 1 Extention and granted
2012 - I'm due for ILR i.e. 5 years from 2007 - 2012

In the form, should I tick benefit is been received? Within the last five years (qualifying period) prior to my application, i did not receive any benefit.

Can the incident in 2006 affect my application in 2012?
