Immigration to Europe

Hi all,

I am an IT professional working on SAP ABAP in India.I would like to move to Europe.But I am not sure as to how I can go about getting there? Can someone help me with the process to get there?

Which country? they all have different rules.

Any country in Western Europe...like Germany, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, France etc...
