Do I need to fillout VAF9 and Appendix 5?

Hello everyone,

I filled out my online application for Tier 2 ICT and now have my appointment for biometrics set in NYC. As I'm putting together my package of documents, I'm confused as to whether I also need to fill out both VAF9 form and Appendix 5? Am I correct in understanding that I do NOT need VAF9 but I DO need Appendix 5? The reason I think this is correct is Appendix 5 is the only place where I'm able to show my COS number -- is that right?

online app plus Appendix 5. The VAF9 is the paper version of the online form - it's only necessary to complete a paper VAF9 if you are in a country that does not accept online apps.

So you have done the online form and now need to complete the App 5.
