Tier 4 application - chennai BHC

Hi i have made a teir 4 visa application in bangalore on 12th sep.
I used to live in Russia before, and i have applied for UK visit visas in Moscow (I have two UK visas) In moscow, after they have made a decision to issue the visa, the EMBASSY sends an email saying that 'your visa is ready'
I was wondering if it is the same even in India?
If there is anyone who has recently applied for Tier 4 student visa and got the visa, could you please let me know if you recieved an email from the EMBASSY saying that 'your visa is ready'

LoL i haven't received my ATAS certificate yet. i disparately waiting for it. once i receive i will for visa at bangalore. by the way did u get your visa.

hey sorry...was a bit busy...anyways nups i havent gt my visa yet...frustrating...its still says forwarded to da embassy...i reli cant wait any longer...its gonna b two weeks nw...wen u planin to submit a visa appli??

HI I GOT THIS MESSAGE ON STATUS OF MY APPLICATION
"Your passport is ready for collection; please visit the UK Visa Application Centre where you submitted your visa application to collect the same"
CAN U PLEASE TELL WHT THE MESSAGE U GOT FOR YOUR APPLICATION. I AM NOT GETTING WEATHER I GOT MY VISA OR NOT.
I AM SO TENSED.....REPLY ME BIT FASTER.......THANKU

Hey don't worry...my status was " processed application delivered via blue dart" u can Neva reli get to know anything wid these status..so dun worry..u wud hav got ur visa

LOL i got my visa. i just got it in three working days. i submitted my visa application on 26 sept and i got my out come on 29 sept.
