child benefit not yet received after a couple of months

Hi,
I have applied for my child's benefit about a couple of months ago and received back a letter from HMRC sending back the child's birth certificate, along with a slip. The slip had a few option, all unticked, meaning I dont need to send anything more.

But todate I havent received any money in bank account. What can be going on, who should I contact about this?
