Refusal of visiting visa for my Mother-in-law. Plz Help....

Post by BinduKrishna » Fri Sep 16, 2011 11:04 am

Hello Friends,

I need your advise in sorting out my in-laws refusal application as a family visitor.

She has been refused on the basis of accommodation stating that the house becomes too crowded.

Me, my hubby and our 7 months old baby lives in a 2 bedroom flat containing 2 bed rooms, one living room, one Spam and one bath room.

Can you people plz tell me how can I appeal against the visa officer's decision.

Many Thanks

i suppose you attached the flat survey report from council or independant estate agent,

I think needs to go back to it and see how many rooms are there,

Sorry for that.
How do they know, that the house will become too crowded.
What documents did you enclose regarding accommodation?
Which British High Commission is that?
Please advise when you get time.

Many Thanks.
