Hello. The FAQ section talks about the premium service being no guarantee of a same day decision if the case worker needs to make enquiries.
Is there any need to get alarmed when this (delay) happens? (Application for ILR after 5 years). All documents were checked by an OISC Immigration Specialist who then presented the documents to the Home Office.
Can anyone tell me what the success rate is for ILR when an Immigration specialist (along with the premium service) is used. Is it optomistic to think this would be near 100% if the documents have been checked and double checked before submission?
The FAQ talks about the case then going into the "postal queue". Does that seem cheeky when the Home Office have banked the cheque for the premium service?!!
