Tier1 Dependent Returning after long break

Post by mr_danny » Sat Sep 17, 2011 3:15 pm

I want to know If a Tier 1 General dependent (spouse/child) returns to the UK after 2 years with a valid Tier 1 Dependent Visa - will have a problem?

The Husband is still settled here and on an active Tier 1 General, working in the UK

What kinda of question can the immigration officer ask them?

Can they be denied entry?
