Home office have very high threshold to qualify for compassionate circumstances.

As long as the theatment is available in your country, They might take the view it is proportionate to refuse your application.

Check with immigration solicitor

Hi All,
I need some suggestions.

I have been granted DLR in 2012 Aug now extending in 2015 August.
I am confusion which form to use, as I was given DLR on article 8 ground,
1. should i have to show the finances while applying or not ?
2. Should I use Dl form or FLR (O) form ?
No 2 is higly sensitive because my case was allowed from first tier asylum chambers. so I think I need to apply through DL form.

I need an expert advice please.
regards,

Q 1 : no you not need to show finances
Q 2 : im not sure DL if you was granted discretionary leave after a failed asylum claim

is your discretionary leave allow you to use public funds or on it they said No recourse to public funds ?

Hi Thank you for your reply.
Yes I was granted DLR for 3 years with no restriction on public funds.
I actually applied for article 3 as I have serious condition and 8 as I am here with my wife and 6 yrs old son.,
First it was refused then appealed to first tier then article 3 was dismissed and 8 was allowed as I had a child.
I think there is high possibility of granting me ILR if I use DL form.
As I came through grant of DLR through Asylum chambers, I just think I should use DL form.
Appreciate your suggestions and expertises.. ;-)
