Hi

If a visa refusal is overturned by ECM review who informs you.

Is it the British Embassy or the AIT??

Post have telephoned and asked for passport to be sent to them but not said if they have overturned it???

Well you can assume that they have. I can't see any other reason to request this. Your other threads refer to an obvious incorrect refusal citing 320 7B which should not be applied to settlement applications.
