Dependent ILR

Hello All,

Can dependents of Tier 1 General Visa Holder apply for ILR after completion of their 5 years in UK?

e.g. If main applicant can't apply ILR due to Criminality Threshold.

what do you mean by criminality threshold

I had 12 points on my dirvin licence but it was never cancelled or suspended from drving.. also the points have now come off will that be in criminality threshold for my future ILR application or not ?
