Can he register citizenship?
He was born in the Uk, but when he was one year old, he's been back to China, and if he came back with a "child visitor" visa on his chinese passport, I got PR and settled here, Can I register him as british citizenship with MN1?
The reason I try to apply a vistor visa for him, because this is the fastest way to bring him back to the UK, only 3/4 weeks, I googled around: if I register him as british citizenship when he is in China, it can take 6-9 months + apply British passport, I can't waiting so long, that's why I consider applying a visitor visa for him then once he is in the UK, I can register him...
