Fiance has ILR and I'm on Tier 2

Post by mooreao » Fri Sep 30, 2011 8:01 pm

Hello,

My fiance received her ILR in February and I am currently on a Tier 2 visa that expires in March.

We have been living together nearly a year and been together for two years.

Is it possible to be 'added' to her ILR when or before my Tier 2 expires?

What would be the process once we are married?

Thanks for the help.

Switch to FLR(M) if you plan to get married before your current leave expires.
