Changes to Payment Processing

Post by Arunk » Tue Jul 04, 2006 2:26 pm

03 July 2006

We have switched our fee processing provider to Siemens who also carry out this service on behalf of the UK Identity and Passport Service. This is to secure better long term service for our customers and the business. During the transition, some applications have been delayed during fee processing, and we are working hard to recover our service standards. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused some customers.

Hi, Sajid! Absolutely the same situation with me: submitted application via DHL to the address you wrote on 30th June, received on 3rd July (Bull signed). Debit card still not charged. Let's keep in touch!

salary proof

Post by Arunk » Wed Jul 05, 2006 12:03 pm

Is there anybody who got success getting Earning Points with following Salary Proofs:

1. Verified Salary Slips
2. Original Bank Statements for salary account.
3. Employer Letter stating Annual Gross salary and 12 Months Salary details ( Inclusive Each month gross pay, net pay, tax ded, NI contribution).

I have lost my P60.( Tax Document) so coudn't produce that at this moment.

Generally Caseworker give preference to Tax Document but I am unable to produce.

I am applying over 28 and having gross over 40K for UK, So please reply who provided simmillar documents and got points awarded, so any other suggestion please.......

Surely.
65 points: 5 (under 28) + 15 (bachelor) + 35 (4 year experience) + 10 (clever wife).
And I have a job offer & urgent treatment. I hope it can help to make it faster, but it seems that not...

Now here are 3 of us: me, you and Sajid, whose documents were received on 3 July. 8) My card is still not charged too.
I wrote yesterday e-mail to HO, they answered that there are delays, they are working hard, so we can simply wait, nothing more... So let's wait...

Am with u guys my application was also received on the 3rd of July.I posted it on the 27th of June through DHL.I guess we all just have to be patient and wait. Someones card have just been charged on the 5th and he posted his application since 12th of June.I have decided to take things easy with this my HSMP application becuase my initial application which i sent on the 1st of June was sent back to me due to an incorrect way of writing the expiry date on my Mastercard.I made the corrections immidiately and posted it back on the 27th. So u see i have waisted 3 good weeks becuase of this mistake.I pray to GOD every day to give me an approval.

Wait... this address is NOT SHOWN in the Guidance Over 28. The ONLY address shown is a P.O. Box:

Work Permits (UK) HSMP
P.O. Box 3975

Are you saying that HSMP application OVER 28 need to be send to the address BELOW if sent via DHL?
