Appeal on HRa8 done deal or not?

Post by Mangkorn » Mon Oct 03, 2011 6:18 pm

Back on 5th July 2011 I received a determination following a Tier-1 Tribunal

Judge ruled in Determination: Appeal allowed on Human Rights grounds (only).

At the time my lawyer told me 'The HO have 28 days to appeal the determination. If not, we've won'.

I didn't receive any information from HO within or soon after the 28th day so assumed no appeal has been lodged.

However, it's now more than 12 weeks since the Determination.

Yet we have heard NOTHING from either the Home Office, the UKBA or the Embassy concerned.

If anyone can give any information to what might be going on please reply.
