My dates are correct?

Hello

I am applying for my ILR on 18 nov2011 .my actuall visa expiring on 14 dec 2011 .plz tell me my dates are correct .


And i hav seen the date calculating n subtracting calculator am trying to find but coudnt plz if u provide me the link.

Yes you can apply on 17 Nov onwards....

1. Date - Not sure how someone can comment on the date you become eligible to apply without knowing when you complete the 5 years' residential period? And one can only become aware of that if you share the date of entry in the UK.
2. Photocopy of P60 - As is the case with all UK immigration applications, photocopies are not considered valid documentary evidence(s), irrespective of whether they are attested or not.

sushdmehta my all dates are as follows

---sept 2003-Oct 2006. on student visa
---Oct 2006 - join my job
visa stamped on 14 Dec 2006 n expiry date is 14 Dec 2011.

------During WP i have only 10 days holidays out of country .
-----Last year I was sick n hospitalized for a month @ that time i was on sick leave .
