FLR TIER1 (HSMP)

Post by FLRTIER1-2 » Wed Oct 05, 2011 12:28 pm

Hi All,

I am due to apply for visa extension on dec 2011. I am really confused which application to got FLR TIER1(HSMP) OR TIER1 (GENERAL).

My visa details:

first visa : hsmp approval on 7 oct 2006 - granted for 2 years - dec 2008
first visa extension: dec 2008 - dec 2011 - on hsmp high court judgement rule.

Now I have to go for another extension but need following clarifications.

1) Whether I need to apply FLR TIER1 (HSMP) OR TIER1 (GENERAL) APPLICATION?

2) If I have to apply on FLR TIER1 (HSMP) application then what all documents I need to submit?

3) Whether Biometric is required, if wesubmit the FLR TIER1 (HSMP) application?

4) How much time it is taking to grant visa?

Regards,

1. FLR Tier 1 (HSMP).
2. Read the form and guidance.
3. If it is required, UKBA will write to you.
4. Only UKBA can answer such questions.

If anybody has covering letter written for FLR TIER1 (HSMP) application tehn can they forward to me.

Another question is, whether we can go for second extension if settlement is due for another 5 months more.

Hi,

Is there any body in the similar situation where initially got HSMP APPROVAL before 7 Nov 2006 and going for second extension in 2011.

I might be in the same situation as I have a HSMP (2 yrs) and a Tier 1 (general) granted for three years under JR. I haven't applied yet tho.

From former posts it seems you apply for FLR (HSMP) and get three years. If you fulfill the requirements then you might be entitled to ILR.

Could anyone confirm if this is correct?

245CB. Period and conditions of grant
ea64 wrote:And After fulfilling the FLR requirement when one is elegible for ILR?
As and when you fulfil the requirements for settlement, as specified in the immigration rules.

Hi

My visa expires on 14-dec 2011, can I apply the visa for extension in OCT second week, which is 2months prior to visa expire?

IF i am applying through FLT TIER1 (HSMP) then I need to show accommodation supporting documents as well. Such as rental agreement, council tax , uitility bills etc.../

Another question, the FLR TIER1 (HSMP) is not editable, did anybody know any tools which can used to edit the appliation form to type the text?
