one month and still no RN

Hi all,

I have the same problem, the HSMP team received my courier on June 18, and still no RN no sound,
Hope someone could advice what to do

They are currently processing payment from June 20th, your case should be input soon (and allocated a reference number), ring them this time next week and you should get the reference number.
