ILR requirements

Post by sabeennaz » Mon Oct 10, 2011 12:44 am

hiya, my husband came to UK in february 2011 on spouse visa and has a 2 year probationary period with no recourse to public funds. He started work in April and we are living on his wages which is low.

Can I claim income based- JSA as i am a british born citizen, and have only worked for over 1 year in the past until he came to UK????

with regards to ILR, we can show bank statements in future when time comes, but what else needs showing as we live in rented accomodation where council tax, electricity and gas bills are paid for, what else can we show or what needs to be shown.

thank you
