hiya, my husband came to UK in february 2011 on spouse visa and has a 2 year probationary period with no recourse to public funds. He started work in April.
Can you tell me what information is needed to send in order to get ILR as we need to prepare when time comes. We can only show bank statements, but cannot show council tax, gas or electricity bills as they are all included in rented accomodation. Please can you tell me what is required when time comes.
