Visa not needed for Dublin by Tier1 general person?

hi,

please confirm if a person has UK Tier1 general visa then there is no need for a visa for Ireland and can simply do business visit to dublin?

Yes you would need an Irish Visa if you are a visa required national you would need to apply for an irish visa in other to enter Ireland irrespective of your UK residence with the exclusion of residence card for dependants of eu/eea citizens

yes you need visa to ireland.check the irish embassy in london for more details
