I would highly appreciate if some experience persons on this forum can answer my three questions mentioned below.
I am 27 yo from Pakistan. I am working with the best telecom operator in Pakistan at a manager level. By profession, I am a telecom engineer. I have sent HSMP application (Under 28) last week. I have 3 questions regarding the evidence that I have provided:
QUESTION.1:
WILL MY 4 YEARS DEGREE FROM NUST OF BE-ELECTRICAL BE CONSIDERED EQUIVALENT TO UK BACHELORS (ANYONE FROM NUST WHO HAS APPLIED/GOT HSMP CAN ANSWER THIS QUESTION THE BEST). Evidence that I provided is mentioned below. (points claimed=15):
A- "Original attested from HEC and Foreign office Degree" of Bachelor of Engineering-Electrical from National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST)
B-Original Degree Transcripts
QUESTION.2:
FOR GRADUATE+SPECIALIST LEVEL WORK EXPERIENCE, WILL THE BELOW MENTIONED EVIDENCE BE CONSIDERED ENOUGH?
I have claimed 50 points for 5 years graduate level experience with one year Specialist level experience. Evidence provided:
A- Experience Letters from current employer, previous employers (but these letters just give my job title and dont give details of my job responsibilities)
B- TO PROVE GRADUATE LEVEL WORK: Statement of Graduate Level and Specialist Level Work Experience (written by myself explaining vital importance of my degree with my work experience and the application of the subjects mentioned in my transcripts in my work experience)
C- TO PROVE SPECIALIST LEVEL JOB: Telecom trainings certificates for specialised trainings attended in UK, France
QUESTION.3:
TO SHOW PAST EARNINGS, WILL THE BELOW MENTIONED EVIDENCE BE CONSIDERED ENOUGH?
points claimed: 50
1. Salary slips from employer (signed and stamped) stating tax computation as well
2. xe.com currency conversion printout from PKR to GBP for the last 12 months earnings
3. Last 12 months bank statement
4. Company letters of performance based bonuses obtained in the last 12 months as well as the the letters of salary increment in last year
5. Salary statement for the last 12 months explaining all performance bonuses and salary raise (written by myself)
I am new to this forum. However I find it very useful and regret that I should have asked these questions before sending out my application. However, its never too late
