hi everyone, ive been in the Uk since 5 years ago and i have a kid born here who is british citizen , is there any law stating that i can apply for ILR through as that she's british citizen?

Please help

Short answer ... no! And the child is British because of the other parent?

If you give more information about your UK immigration situation then maybe it will be possible to come up with more helpful comments, rather than just the above short answer.

thanks for replying, yes she got the natrionality through the father.

I have claimed asylum in 2001 and still waiting to hear from the home office.
