Salaam to all

can anyone help me? My hubbys visa gt refused in august n we appealed against it on 25th august and today my hubby recievd a call
my hubby recievd a call from uk centre today asking him to get his tb test done again they also confirmed his address?and they said they will b sending him something in the post. My hubby asked whether he got the visa but they said they cant say.
Does this mean my hubby got the visa on review?im so confused please help sum one
