Appeal on refusal of dependent PBS visa

i received my application with refusal regarding bank statement...
can you help in telling me how long does it take to get response from appeal

Here is the main part of refusal
" You must provide a supporting letter from your bank, on company headed paper, confirming the authencity of the statements.

This statement does not meed the requirements because you have failed to provide a supporting letter from bank and none of the pages bear official stamp of bank. This statement therefore cannot be considered as evidence of funds and a result I am not satisfied that there is a sufficient level of funds available to u

I have therefore refused your application because I am not satisfied"

and ironic part is we provided bank statement and each PAGE HAVE OFFICIAL STAMP... but yes we didnt provide bank letter as it was never mentioned anywhere
