Informing govt delta after acquiring British citizenship

Hello. Does anyone know which government/organisations departments need to be informed after naturalisation?

I am thinking HMRC, DVLA, registrar of electors... Anyone else?

Good question. Anyone knows if we are to be informed about this by the HO after receiving the approval?
