Tier1 Dependent - Main applicant not in UK or Home Country

Hi,

Can we apply Dependent Visa for Tier 1 Holder who is not based in UK or in his home country.
Do we need to provide any extra documents.

Has anyone applied in this situation.

Appreciate any suggestions.

Yeah, we can apply. I'm Indian, I've applied for my wife's Tier 1 dependant visa when I was in Bahrain and she was in India.
