hello,
Congurts for your 2nd extension. I'm also same travelling in same ship. did u made appointment using on booking system, if so whilst booking it is asking for some

These are the selections until I am asked the case ID

screen1
Which service are you applying for? => TIER1 GENERAL
screen2
Are you applying using the premium service? => NO
How many dependants? => NONE
screen 3
available from, available until, days of the week, available time etc => RELEVANT DETAILS
Select up to three convenient locations => Croydon
(after selection for the preferred time slot and place)
screen 4
click "book appointment"
screen 6

these are fields that needs to be filled before I can complete booking
Case ID*
First name*
Last name*
Date of birth* enter year in 4 digit format
UK telephone number*

Can you advise me what needs to mention in CASE ID.

if select yes in the beginning ie:premium service, it is not giving any appointments.
if i select no to permium service at the end of the page it is asking for an case id. Do not know anything about case id.
Are any one got same problem like me..

if not can you please advice to book an appointment..

1. You don't see any appointments available because none are available.
2. To book an appointment for "leave to remain" application at a PEO one must select "yes" in response to "Are you applying using the premium service?"
3. To book an appointment for biometrics enrolment (for a postal application already submitted), one needs to select "no" in response to the question and (provide the case ID mentioned in the biometrics enrolment invitation letter).

1st I'd like to thanks for speedy answer.

Also coming to point 3, I do not have biometrics enrollment, only i have the Home office ie:ref number on passport as well as scoring points letter issued from HO when 1st extended my tier 1 visa.
When i provided the Ref number mentioned on the passport, its not accepting..

is there any other way

Either keep trying or book on phone.
