Initial application age points and Application check request

Hi,

I was under 28 on my first HSMP application (post JR), then I have applied for Tier 1 extension when I was 28, now i'm about to apply for another extension. Which points should I claim, is it 20 for under 28 or is it 10 for between 28 and 29.

Also, I am taking the following to my second tier 1 extension PEO appointment

My Application
My Passports
Payslips for wage (one of the originals was lost so HR produced an A4 with a stamp on it)
Bank statements for earnings
Bank Statements for maintainable
Employers letter
2xphotos
Past HSMP and Tier 1 approval letters

My Wife (Dependent)
Her Application
Passports
Marriage certificate
2xphotos

I am also taking just in case
Flat rental contract
My own flat land registry
My last council tax bill

Anything else that you would recommend?
