Spouse Visa for my Ghanian wife (I am self employed ltd)

Post by jimmurray » Wed Nov 09, 2011 11:29 pm

Hi,

I have a few n00b questions to ask about starting the spouse visa process. We recently married in Ghana.

The only problems I can foresee, are that I am self employed..luckily it was a good first year, I made around 26k, which is the national average..I read somewhere that I need 2 years account statements...I hope this is not the case

No. If your marriage is legally valid and recognized as per law in Ghana, it is valid in UK too.
