lost old passport that contains ILR

Hi

I have lost my old passport that contains Indefinite Leave to Remain and am worried.

What form should i use and what is the procedure to get a replacement?

FYI previously I was in UK over 20 years. currently I have been outside UK more than 2 years. My british family live with me.

thankfully found passport with ILR, can u explain the 2 year limit and if it might effect my next visit.
