FLR (M) English requirement and Maintain fund

Planning to apply FLR(M) as spouse visa under ILR dependant.

Q1. How much I need to show maintainence fund? Can I show my husband bank saving statement (four months).

Q2. Does it require any english langauge reqirements.

I am holding India's Bachelor' degree along with ACA qualification. Recently I done UKNARIC compared with India degree, that degree is meet CEFR Leve C1.

And also passed life in the UK test.

Is that above 2 items is enough for English langauge requiement?
