Adress Confusion , Please help

Hi,

I am in confusing situation , I have lived in 2 accommodation as a student which was till 24 June in 1 accommodation and went to stay in other accommodation onwards.My first bank statement shows the address of accommodation but is on 4 July the day I was not there , I asked my friend to collect it .The other 2 Bank statements are on my new address.My question is that in providing address should I write the date I actually left from first accommodation , If I write it , it wont match with date of 1st Bank statement as I had received it after leaving that accommodation.Please suggest solution for it.Does our exact dates of staying are verified ?
